Google Business Profile Management

When someone searches for a business like yours, your Google Business Profile is often the first thing they see. We make sure it's working in your favor.

Setup & Verification

Don't have a Google Business Profile yet? We'll create one for you and walk through the verification process with Google so your business shows up where it should.

Accurate, Up-To-Date Information

Hours, address, phone number, services, photos. We keep everything current so potential customers always get the right information when they find you.

Review & Question Alerts

When a customer leaves a review or asks a question on your profile, we flag it for you right away so nothing slips through the cracks.

Included in Your Plan

Google Business Profile management is built into your monthly plan. No separate retainer, no add-on fee. It's just part of what we do.

Most People Don’t Search for Websites Anymore

When someone needs a plumber, a dentist, or a place to get their car detailed, they don’t usually type a web address into their browser. They open Google and type something like “plumber near me” or “auto detailing Lakewood” and they look at what comes up.

What comes up is usually a map. And below that map is a short list of local businesses, each with a name, a rating, a phone number, and a few other details. That’s the Google Business Profile, and for a huge number of small businesses, it’s the single most important piece of digital real estate they have.

If yours is missing, incomplete, or out of date, you’re either not showing up at all, or you’re showing up in a way that loses the customer before they ever reach your website.

What a Google Business Profile Actually Is

Think of it as your business’s listing on Google. It’s what shows up when someone searches for you by name, and it’s what Google uses to decide whether to show you when someone searches for a business like yours in your area.

A complete, well-maintained profile tells Google that your business is real, active, and relevant. It shows potential customers your hours, your location, your phone number, photos of your work or your storefront, and reviews from past customers. It’s often the first impression someone gets of your business, before they ever click through to your website.

Most business owners know vaguely that this exists. Very few have taken the time to set it up properly, and fewer still are keeping it current.

We Handle It So You Don’t Have To

Managing a Google Business Profile isn’t complicated, but it is one more thing. Hours change, services get added, photos get stale, customers leave reviews that deserve a response, and questions come in that go unanswered for weeks. Each one of those things, left unattended, quietly works against you.

Here’s what we take care of:

  • Keeping your information accurate. If your hours change or you add a new service, we update the profile. No logging in, no fumbling through Google’s interface. Just let us know.
  • Photos and presentation. A profile with good photos gets significantly more clicks than one without. We make sure yours looks like a business worth contacting.
  • Review and question monitoring. When a customer leaves a review or asks a question on your profile, we flag it for you promptly so you can respond. We don’t let those sit.

“I Don’t Even Have One of These. Now What?”

That’s more common than you’d think, and it’s completely fine. If your business doesn’t have a Google Business Profile yet, we’ll create one for you as part of getting started.

The one thing worth knowing is that Google requires every new profile to go through a verification process before it goes live. This typically involves Google confirming that your business is real and located where you say it is, usually by sending a postcard to your address or, in some cases, through a video verification process. It generally takes anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks depending on the method. We’ll walk you through whatever Google requires and handle as much of it as we can on your behalf.

Once it’s verified, your profile is live and we take it from there.

“Can’t I Just Manage This Myself?”

Yes, technically. Google Business Profile is a free tool and anyone can access it. But there’s a difference between having access to something and actually staying on top of it.

In our experience, self-managed profiles tend to have outdated hours, missing information, unanswered reviews, and photos that haven’t been touched in years. Not because the business owner doesn’t care, but because it’s one of twenty things on the list and it keeps getting pushed down.

The businesses that show up consistently in local search results are usually the ones with complete, active, well-maintained profiles. That’s not an accident. It’s the result of someone actually paying attention to it on a regular basis.

That’s us. It’s included in your plan, and it’s one less thing you have to think about.
