Stonepath Design Studio provides fully managed website subscriptions that include design, development, hosting, maintenance, updates, and ongoing support for one flat monthly fee. There are no onboarding fees and no hidden costs.
By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Monthly Subscription Fee: Your monthly subscription fee begins on the date your project starts. Project start is defined as the date your first payment is received.
Billing During Development: Your site will typically be live within a few weeks of your project start date. Monthly billing begins immediately regardless of launch status. In the event of delays caused by client unresponsiveness or incomplete deliverables (such as photos, content, or approvals), billing will proceed as scheduled. If delays are caused by Stonepath, billing may be deferred at our discretion.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically on a month-to-month basis until canceled in writing.
Included Services: A full list of included services is outlined in your service agreement.
Fair Use Policy: Our plans include unlimited updates subject to fair use. A support request is defined as any task or inquiry requiring more than 15 minutes of staff time. Requests that are excessive in frequency or reflect ongoing indecision rather than genuine business need may trigger a plan review. If we feel a client is approaching that threshold, we will communicate openly before any changes are made.
Notice Required: Cancellations must be submitted in writing or by email a minimum of 30 days before your desired termination date. A cancellation confirmation will be provided within 3 business days.
Effect of Cancellation:
Non-Payment: Repeated failure to pay on time may result in suspension or immediate termination of your subscription.
Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
Requests outside the standard managed website plan, such as eCommerce functionality, membership systems, or custom third-party integrations, may require additional fees or a custom development quote.
Additional services beyond your plan are available at the rates outlined in your agreement.
Direct access to the website backend or hosting server is not provided. This protects the integrity of your site, the security of your data, and our intellectual property.
Accepted Methods: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, ACH bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, and XMR). Clients paying in cryptocurrency receive a 15% discount on their monthly rate.
Late Payments: Payments are due on your invoice due date. A grace period of 5 calendar days applies before late fees are assessed. Late payments are subject to an 8% monthly late fee. Accounts more than 15 days past due may be suspended.
